Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at badshah8 is ৳100. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Depositing using a third-party account or a payment method registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
3.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on our platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). badshah8 will not be responsible for any additional charges or differences arising from currency conversion.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives a maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If there is any attempt to abuse bonuses or gain an advantage through manipulation, badshah8 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any associated bonuses and winnings. Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, hedging, or attempting to meet requirements through low-risk bets are considered bonus abuse.
4.4 Other Promotions
badshah8 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions stated on the offer page. If there is any conflict between these terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms will take precedence.
VIP Program and Cashback
badshah8's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
Bronze — Bronze
Weekly cashback: up to 0.2%. Starting tier for new members.
Silver — Silver
Weekly cashback: up to 0.5%. Advanced tier for regular players.
Gold — Gold
Weekly cashback: up to 0.7%. Special benefits and priority support.
Platinum — Platinum
Weekly cashback: up to 1.0%. Exclusive offers for elite members.
Diamond — Diamond
Weekly cashback: up to 1.2%. Top tier — personal service and the highest benefits.
VIP tier advancement is determined based on a player's activity and contributions. badshah8 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Game and Betting Rules

6.2 Fair Play and Randomness

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs during a game session and affects the game outcome, that round may be considered void. In such cases, an attempt will be made to refund the relevant bet amount. The policy "Software error voids all bets and pays" applies.
Prohibited Activities and Conduct

- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Opening an account with false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
11.3 Inactive Accounts
An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for a long period (generally 12 months or more). A notification will be sent to the registered email address prior to inactivity charges being applied.

Even if any clause of these terms is legally declared invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. Failure to enforce any clause of this agreement will not be considered a waiver of that clause.
